Since the outbreak of coronavirus, Colchester Borough Council's face-to-face services have been delivered virtually and they are now taking an opportunity to review this, with an eye towards planning their next steps in service delivery.
CBC has now launched a public consultation and are urging customers to have their say on how they have found accessing council services since April, and what they would like its future in-person services to look like. To gather this information, the Council has set-up a survey which will run until 9th October and can be accessed in two ways: More »

The survey is available to compete online via the link . It will take no more than around 5 minutes to complete
- Paper Version – available at the Colchester Library and Community Hub, Trinity Square, Colchester
This will be accessible on the ground floor that can be accessed during Library opening hours between Monday-Saturday.

Please click on the following link to find details of the intended closure of Halstead Road, due to commence on 29th September 2020 for 2 days. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Essex County Council undertakes MICRO SURFACING 2020/21 Programme.

There is a vacancy for the role of Parish Councillor and this is the statutory notice published to advertise that vacancy and offer residents the opportunity to call an election. It is worth noting that any election will not take place until next May and that two other vacancies exist that may be filled by a process known as co-option (i.e. without an election).
