A12 - new preferred route announced

Highways England have confirmed the preferred route for junction 23 (Kelvedon South) to junction 25 (Marks Tey). Friday's announcement builds on the October 2019 preferred route plan and means there is now a preferred route for the full A12 Chelmsford to A120 widening scheme.
